This Refund & Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through Liberty Pro Shop (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via www.libertyprowrestling.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein.


1. Digital Products – No Refunds After Download

All sales of digital products, including but not limited to video downloads, streaming content, and other digital media, are final.

Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted once a product has been downloaded or accessed. Our systems log download activity, and any successful download (including a single instance) constitutes delivery and fulfillment of the product.

By purchasing digital content, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You waive any right to a refund once the download has commenced;
  • You are responsible for ensuring device compatibility and internet access prior to purchase;
  • Failure to download or access the product due to user error, device incompatibility, or insufficient technical knowledge does not qualify for a refund.

2. Limited Exceptions for Digital Products

Refunds for digital products may be granted solely at our discretion and only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate transactions for the same product
  • Verified technical failure caused exclusively by our systems that prevents access or download
  • Billing errors confirmed by our payment processor

In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase.


3. Physical Products (If Applicable)

For physical merchandise, the following conditions apply:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of confirmed delivery;
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging;
  • Proof of purchase is required;
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery or digital access.

We will, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement, repair, or store credit where appropriate. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in denial of your claim.


5. Mandatory Pre-Dispute Resolution

You agree to contact us directly to resolve any issue prior to initiating a dispute, chargeback, or claim with your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

Failure to do so may be considered a violation of this Policy.

We are committed to resolving all customer concerns promptly and in good faith and will make every reasonable effort to reach a satisfactory resolution without third-party intervention.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account;
  • Access to purchased digital content may be revoked without notice;
  • You may be permanently banned from future purchases;
  • We may submit evidence, including download logs, IP address data, and transaction records, to contest the dispute.

If a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or abusive, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds, including any associated fees, to the fullest extent permitted by law.


7. DMCA & Intellectual Property Enforcement

All content sold or distributed through Liberty Pro Shop, including but not limited to video downloads, images, branding, and written materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Liberty Pro Women’s Wrestling™ and is protected under United States copyright law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

By purchasing or accessing our content, you agree that you will not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, share, upload, stream, or publicly display our content;
  • Post or distribute our content on any third-party platform, including but not limited to websites, social media, file-sharing services, or torrent networks;
  • Sell, license, sublicense, or otherwise exploit our content in any unauthorized manner.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content will result in immediate enforcement action, which may include:

  • Issuance of formal DMCA takedown notices to hosting providers, platforms, and service operators;
  • Account termination and revocation of access to all purchased content;
  • Permanent ban from future purchases;
  • Legal action seeking damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal fees to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. Additional verification may be required prior to order fulfillment.
